The Amazon description didn't mention the six rugged brass clasps, two of which lock. The keys are very simple; enough to keep the curious out, but not a thief.

My case did have the excess glue reported in another review but it came off with some alcohol on a cloth and some elbow grease. Hardly a deal breaker. Right out of the box the case also had a powerful vinyl odor but letting it outgas on the porch overnight took care of that.
