I cannot recommend this product. I do not like to give negative reviews because I know how hard business is, but this is not really a tortoise shell pickguard, it is more like a vinyl photograph of tortoise shell and not a very good one. I have a decent mahogany guitar I wanted to spruce up but would not put this on it or any other guitar. It does have a nice shape, I may use it for a template. The color is okay, just not tortoise. It may work on some guitars (I'm trying to be nice) it just didn't work for me.
