My quad of =c= EL34's are about to reach their 5th year. It is really hard to believe how well they are built. They still sound great and test like new. They even look practically brand new. They have around 1300 hours on them and show no signs of letting up. I use them in a Dynaco ST-70. They are a trifle, I mean just a trifle, darker sounding that my reference Mullard EL-34s (xf2's from Blackburn). They have outlasted every other current production EL-34 I have tried. If you are looking for the EL-34 that can "do it all" and probably do it for a long time, this is it!
