I have a squire bullet the original setup had pickup noise which is par for single coil pickups my main problem was when I switched to the bridge the sound would drop
maybe a bad switch I don't know.So I took the oppertunity to do a total switch out
so for the price I thought I would try the mighty mite I read they were low noise and I like the HSS setup instead of the SSS.It arrived when they said it would was easy to install (it needed a few more screws than my original had no prob)I hooked it to my amp to test it and it was so quiet I thought it wasn't working I touched the P/u with a srew driver to test them in all possitions of the switch and they all worked great I put the strings on tuned it up hooked up to my amp and WOW what a difference I know there are better setups out there but for the price I give it a 5
